Accomplishment Summaries


Gorgeous Accomplishments Pages Set the Record Straight – In Style

The next most important part of your Executive Portfolio are the focused (usually, one-page) summaries of Key Accomplishments you have achieved throughout your career. These summaries should include a powerful descriptive title, a brief description of the problem or situation, and a bulleted list of the actions or approach that you took. Finally, finish it off with a quantitative or qualitative summary of the outcomes you achieved for your employer.

Think one summary per page and really drill down on the main points. A truly enterprising executive will develop at least ten of these summaries for use in different situations, but you will find that including three to five summaries in each portfolio you send out will bring satisfying results.

Your online portfolio can be secured behind a password to maintain your confidentiality if you are currently employed or otherwise conducting a discrete search. In that case, it will only be seen by whomever you have given your express permission to view the contents. However, most of our clients choose to keep theirs public and search engine accessible, throughout their search, in which case our portfolios are fine-tuned to rank highly.

Candidates can participate in our Executive Showcase as often as they wish and the first one is included in your Executive Portfolio purchase. Your Executive Showcase can perform double-duty when it’s distributed throughout LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

Electronic Distribution

We provide unique strategies and tactics for getting your portfolio in front of the decision makers in your your industry who will be motivated to view your portfolio. In addition, we’ll make personal introductions and selectively distribute your portfolio directly to those decision makers whom we believe you could have a mutually rewarding relationship.

USPS Print

At your option, we will print and mail up to 50 executive portfolios to targeted companies or recruiters in our network. This portfolio will be mailed in an elegant presentation folder with cover letter, resume, key accomplishment summaries, insights, and business card. As we do not absorb the costs for printing and mailing via USPS, there is an add-on cost to this service of about $20 per piece.
